We contracted with Transit Systems to have an old bureau form my Mohter's estate, transported from Los Angeles, California to New York City. Everyone involved in the process was exceptionally helpful and communicative. The dispatcher called at least 3 times to make sure I had all the info I needed and the driver called twice to give me a 24 hour window of when he arrive, and then an hour before he arrived he called to confirm delivery. I consider this exceptional customer service!

Arrangements for shipment were made skillfully and professionally by Carol T of Transit Systems - I greatly appreciate her guidance and suggestions as we planned the shipment. Pickup and delivery were both on time and as promised. Transit Systems provided me the capability to send a small but important load of furniture for a reasonable price - thank you Transit Systems.

Don't know about pickup time, as I delivered my package to the loading dock. Don't know about delivery time--seemed a bit late from what I was told. Knowledge--after several conversations with very nice people, I was given a fair price for shipping, which I truly appreciate. I was told exactly how to package my piece of furniture and how to stabilize it. It was a big learning experience for me. Many thank yous to Carol. Yes I will recommend your company (if you give me a job as an expert packer!!)

If 5 is the highest rating, I would be more than glad to recommend your service. Dwayne, from Micro Systems was wonderful. On time and knowledgeable in his service. I could not have been more pleased. The China cabinet and buffet were received in excellent condition.

The company was efficient, reliable and honest. The mover accidentally dented something in the house(minor and might never have been noticed) but immediately told me and offered to pay for it. The pieces to be shipped were huge and complicated, but the job was accomplished without incident. The price was competitive and fair. The company had to make a shipping box for a marble table top and this was done with museum-quality standards, but not museum shipping cost. I would use this company again.

I was very impressed with the people in every aspect of the job. Initial estimate was clear. Price the best I could find. After placing the order, I was helped every step by very courteous people. Carol in the initial booking and Amanda for tracking the shipment were great.

Transit Systems service employees -- both company contacts and the movers -- were courteous, on time, helpful and easy to work with. The shipment arrived ahead of when we expected it to and the grandfather clock was in mint condition. We will definitely recommend Transit Systems to our friends!

The company was very knowledgeable and professional. This was an antique 60" round top table from the 1800s and a family heirloom. They did a very nice job and I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent customer service, even though the delivery to my house in Los Angeles was late--they were always very responsive.

Everything was delivered in perfect condition. The movers were courteous and very helpful.

My father bought a console stereo in 1969 when I was 12. It had never been moved in 40 years and was in perfect, flawless condition. I contracted with TSI to have it shipped from Florida to California. The TSI person I spoke with has helpful, polite and professional. Unfortunately TSI contracts out their business to a carrier, and the shipper I got did extensive damage to the unit. It arrived with three of the four legs broken off and one missing altogether. The repairs cost $800. The unit cost me $500 to ship and I had insured it for $600. The TSI representative was helpful, but the insurance claim process was an ordeal. In the end (after three months) I got $342. The fine print revealed that there is a $250 deductible on all claims. The shipper's liability is limited to ten cents per pound--so for the 80 lb stereo that is only $8.00. Given that, they basically don't care what happens to your furniture. They treat it like garbage. I cannot recommend this company.

Worst Company Ever!My list of damaged items are too long to list. Not major damages, but enough scratches, spilled bottles because boxes were carried and placed upside-down, and broken glasses to make it quite annoying. Of the two guys sent to move me, one guy had no idea how to properly move and neither of the guys knew how to pack and shrink wrap furniture for moving. These "professional movers" are no better than a couple of friends I'd hire with beer and pizza. Don't get me wrong, they worked hard, they didn't slack. They just weren't the "professional movers" I thought I hired. Some of my stuff have gone through 2 previous moves without damages, and well... at the end of it all, after looking at the bill more carefully, I wasn't charged correctly. Well, better luck for me next time.
