The Rudest Inconsiderate People. I will NEVER do business with them nor will I recommend them to anyone. I called from out of state to inquire as to when they were going to set my sisters headstone. The rudest man answered the phone. He asked "WELL WHO IS YOUR SISTER?" I told him. He replied "WE WILL GET TO IT WHEN WE GET TIME, WE HAVE OTHERS TO SET, THEY NEVER BROUGHT ME A KEY TO THE CEMETERY." I replied "well my uncle lives right by the cemetery he would be more than happy to let you in just call him" (they have his number and like i said he lives right by it)...He answered that with "WELL THATS THE THING, THEY NEED TO BRING US THE KEY AND WE WILL SET IT WHENEVER WE GET TIME, YOU CAN COME AND GET IT AND SET IT YOURSELF" WHAT???? EXCUSE ME???!!! WAY TO DO BUSINESS, SHOW COMPASSION, AND DO YOUR JOBS.
