I was home on military leave and took my wife and family to this Taco Bell before seeing Star Wars. After going through the drive-thru and rushing to the movie theater, I found that we were given the entirely wrong order of much fewer/cheaper items. After the movie, I returned to Taco Bell, and the manager refused to even come to the counter to talk to me and made some poor cashier tell me that they would not help due to the delay in my compliant (as if I should have skipped a sold-out movie to help them fix an order they messed up). I called the regional manager the next week who assured me that a refund would be sent to my home, but it never arrived. The cashiers are okay here and do their best, but this Taco Bell is a failure at all other levels of managements.
