Do not ever live here.It is disgusting. They claim to have monthly pest control come out, they claim to clean and stay on top of fixing things,and maintain a decent landscape. Found at least 6 Cockroaches in the past year.So tired of it.They come in from other apartments. Also we have a huuuge problem with spiders and ants. We have a bottom apartment, when it rains,the water leaks into our apartment through a small gap in the floor molding. They were fixing the parking lot to make it easier for disabled people to get to their vehicles. My mother is disabled and it took them almost a month to finish it,and they still have it partially blocked off even though its done. We have had to walk up a huge hill and down it just to get to the vehicle which is not easy for my mother.If you want something fixed,you might as well do it yourself or be prepared to wait 4 months for someone to come "fix" it.The manager is rather rude.The maintence worker is pretty nice and helpful even though he is always busy doing tasks not related to helping tenants.more of running errands for the manager.I am moving ASAP.Can't stand it.The place is full of drug heads.Constantly hearing people outside yelling or playing loud music,loud vehicles come and go all night.I hear people stomping up and down the stairs at all hours.I swear half the people don't sleep,our upstairs neighbors vacuum at 4am!! ive heard them hammering stuff at 2am before..Im so tired of it.I go to college now and ive already slept through my alarm TWICE.I can finally get peace and quiet to sleep around 5am and 6am.Its dreadful cause I have to get up at 6:40am! I've tried to say things to the manager but nothing helps. We've had people and children just walk into our apartment before. Like seriously, its scary. So far nothings gone missing but who does that!? We've been accused of many things before, and we really don't know anyone here except for my brother who lives behind us. We don't converse with many people other than to say hi or something if we bump into each other. We also can only have cable here..The cable we can get here costs $80 a month! for about 38 channels. Its ridiculous. The rent may be low but its not low enough to be worth living here. It's horrid..I'm so tired, literally, and sick of it.Also,it'd be a good idea not to live in Waynesboro entirely.It's a dreadful place to live...
