Went there and spent 4 hours being fitted. I was told it would take a week and a half to receive my dentures. After 2 weeks I called repeatedly leaving messages. I never received a call back. I kept calling. Finally someone answered the phone and I was told that they had placed a call to see when they would be receiving my dentures and that they would call me back.

Fast forward a month. No contact. Calling leaving measages, finally got someone on the phone and was told,”Oh, the lab couldn’t process your dentures you need to come in and have another impression done….

I go in for a 5 pm appointment, sit for 15 minutes. No cars in the parking lot. Finally, at 5:15 I ask for my money back.. $2,000 and a poorly run office later. I am without dentures

It is a shame, this is a new office and the only one close. I hate leaving negative reviews and had I received calls from them explaining what was happening, I wouldn’t.

Total lack of customer service although while there the staff was pleasant. I think the main issue is lack of knowledge with staff members…
