Employee rudeness

We visited subway in Waynesboro on Sept. 3, 09 and were treated rudely. There were 4 ladies working this evening around 7:15 pm, I do not recommend anyone go to eat in the evenings there, this is the third time I've eaten here within a 3 month period. Once they moved so slow that I went to BP across from them and bought a sub.The second time within this 3 month time they acted dead at their job. This last time Sept. 3, they were not even busy. we were waited on by a nice girl, she heated our subs and toasted the buns, removed them one at a time back to the counter to put on our veggies, no one would help her. Our subs set their for I know five minutes or more when we spoke up and ask who was going to wait on us. There were three employees in a huddle, one was the lady in charge, none would even wait on us, that's when we spoke up and said something about our subs getting cold & the lady working the register spoke up and said, "Oh well," what a thing to say to a customer. I started boiling inside and I let her know it when I got to the register. I told her that you don't treat customers that way, she acted like a smartie pants the whole time she rung us up and so did I. The lady in charge went to the back and didn't even say anything to her for the way she acted with us.I let her know that I would call the district manager about this rudeness. She didn't care and she said something about the camera in the store, I didn't care about a camera because she was on camera too. The lady that worked the register really should be fired, I wouldn't have someone work for me that acts like that towards the customers. ONLY the day workers in the Waynesboro store treat you right. On top of that we WERE regular customers.
