Provided by YP.comThe instructors at the Ark are knowledgeable and are great at offering modifications. The energy is very positive here now and I love that there is something for everyone, regardless of fitness level. A great, friendly, inclusive community center. I love the Les Mills programs and of course, Zumba Toning ROCKS! :)
