Terrible Customer Service

I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. I went here by myself (single, young, female) hoping to potentially buy a used 5 series for MYSELF. I was treated with zero customer service and and talked down to. I have never felt so disrespected in my entire life and the salesman never once even attempted to actually sell me a car. He sent me on a test drive and when I returned he shook my hand and send me away. I was there with CASH ready to purchase a car if I had found the right one. I was so disappointed I sent them a message via their website explaining the disappointing service. Over 2 weeks later, I haven't even heard anything back from them. Shows how much they value customer service... NOT AT ALL. I have already told all my friends and family that if they're looking fora BMW to go elsewhere in the Twin Cities, because this dealership should not get any customers if they think its right to treat people this way.
