I ordered flowers for a funeral and was very specific about wanting an arrangement that could be viewed from all sides; in other words, NOT a flat-backed, "put on the altar" type arrangement. When I got to the funeral, the arrangement that I paid over $100 for was not the rounded, view-from-all-sides arrangement that I had specified; it was a flat-backed, view-from-ONE-side arrangement. And the arrangement didn't even have that many flowers, given that they did it in a flat-backed style. I called and spoke to the owner of Candlelight Floral to express my disappointment, and since this was a situation where a "do-over" was not possible, she offered a refund. When I looked at my credit card bill the next month, I had a "refund" for $18.23. I would much rather have paid the full price, plus even more if necessary, and gotten what I asked for. Then, to add insult to injury, a month later, I received a postcard thanking me for my recent order and hoping I was pleased and offering 15% off my next purchase. There will be no next purchase from Candlelight Floral.

It is not often that someone in business is so generous and helpful in the same breath. Thank you so much for your surprise of amazing flowers for my little wedding. You really helped make it special and memorable for us both. What you did meant a lot and I can't wait to send business your way!

We could not have been more pleased with your design for our "non-traditional" October Wedding. I am thoroughly excited to pass your name on to others. We could not have asked for a more artistic interpretation. Bravo!
