Had my dress shirts cleaned and when I got them back the sleeves were not pressed and wrinkled along with the rest of the shirts due to being packed together and wrapped up in plastic which I understand but they were probably packed in a van to an off site facility. The biggest problem for me was when I went to inquire about my shirts ( that I paid $50 to get cleaned) all the manager said was sorry. No offer to fix the problem. Having said that I will not be spending money at this establishment.
