Well the internet goes down every day for long periods of time ,the speed is pathetic like yesterday I was downloading a 26 mb file and I was getting 20 to 100 kB/s and that’s with the top package and even when it’s “good” it’s only a 5 mb/s download speed

It was difficult to get a hold of anyone through their directory and if you went to the wrong section you had to hang up and start over. I went into their store to cancel on October 20th and their internet was down (which is why I switched, its the most unreliable internet I've ever had) the woman told me she would write a note to have it handled. November 10th I got another bill. I called and asked about it and she had forgotten. She told me she would cancel the plan. December 10th I get another bill I call again to find out why and apperantly i have an appointment now for the 10th of january to pick up the internet equipment... I own all my own equipment. The lady told me she will cancel the appointment, but there was nothing they could do about the $140 because the plan was still active. It's gone used because one, I thought it was canceled and two, I've had at&t since October 25th.

Like Khang L. , I have constant disconnects and slow speeds that never match the 10mbps I pay for every month. I even bought a new modem and router that complies with suddenlinks compatibility list and still have the problems. I'm also getting charged over usage when it is only me, my husband and we watch a movie from amazon streaming once per day or play a simple farmville game and go to facebook. I don't think Suddenlink cares about their customers all they care about is their bottom line.

Suddenlink? More like Seldomlink. The internet constantly disconnects and has slow speeds that don't even match the 10Mbps speeds I pay for every month. I've had 3-4 techs come out to my apartment to "fix" the problem only for it to disconnect a week later; this happened in a monthly time span. Take in mind that I am not one of those people that know absolutely nothing about the internet and technology. It is not the router, modem, or cables. If there were alternative ISP's in the area, I would switch immediately. Would NOT do business with them after graduating and moving out of Weatherford.
