Do NOT, DO NOT, rent from Weatheridge Apartments! Worst experience ever! Did not get any deposit back we put down! They never kept the property looking acceptable either. They inside is also outdated and the lawn is hardly ever mowed. The yards would be overgrown and nasty looking before the maintenance would do anything. The price is also very unacceptable for what you receive. It takes forever to get ahold of anyone there if anything is needed because the property manager is there one day a week. It also takes 15-25 days before your rent check is cashed. I would definitely consider this a last resort if you are thinking of renting. I also know of SEVERAL renters who would say the same about this property.
