I took my truck there for a/c work and they did a great job. They fixed another shops mistakes and did it for a lot less. Communication was great and they are professional. I've been a few times now and each time they fixed what was wrong for a fair price. I would recommend over other shops in Weatherford.

I took my 2001 f150 in for a heater core. Truck ran great before it went to their shop. A week later ( and over a grand) I picked the truck up at dark. 1/2 mile down the road, it quit and would not start. Battery was dead like a direct short. Their mechanic came and jumped me, said my battery was bad - 16 months old, another said alternator was bad. I bought a new battery and left. Next day had alternator checked- it was ok.

Broke down again in Dallas. Same problem. Towed it to a shop. The mechanic there found the alternator charging wire was not reconnected, shorting out on the firewall and running down the battery. Also, several dash screws (8) are missing. I told the manager when I first took it in, I wanted all the dash screws reinstalled. I am out for a new battery and hours of aggravation..

They said to bring it back, Why??? I have already fixed it myself. I took their work apart to make sure the heater core was correctly installed. Lots of loose parts found.

I've had 3 different older vehicles that like to give me trouble as they get older. I've taken all 3 to 2033. I'm happy to report that I've never had the same problem twice, I've never been overcharged, lied to, or upsold on some other part or service. Everyone I've had the pleasure of dealing with has been friendly, helpful and. knowledgeable. Any and all questions and concerns were handled with patience and a smile.



It is extremely hard for a female to be able to trust a mechanic shop, but, they've earned my trust and I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.
