It’s how he gets his merchandise that is a problem not his manner of selling it once it’s in his possession.

I went to an auction a couple of Sundays ago at A Step Back in Time. I have to say that the owners were extraordinarily accommodating. Everything was set up in an organized fashion, and was represented in a truthful and negotiable manner. I would recommend A Step Back in Time for a fun and fruitful experience!

A Step Back’N Time’s thievery is not limited to stealing from dealers. As retirees downsizing we hired Jim Perz as a licensed auctioneer and we regret that we did. In the end a lot of our inventory was gone and it was not accounted for in his records. In addition Jim kept $400 more than what had originally been agreed on as being sufficient wages for his help (his family). When confronted about our missing possessions, Jim said; “I don’t know what you’re talking about”. When confronted about our cash loss his reply was vague. Jim Perz’s ethics do not live up to the high standards of a licensed auctioneer.
