i order my dvd, they were charging $19.99 plus the shipping and handling and if you wanted dvd format they charge even more (which i think its a little dumb taking in account almost everybody uses dvd players), the point is i payed like $30.00 for my graduation dvd. I received the dvd after a month expecting a good quality image, well the image is horrible, it has lines, they put some "effects" to cover the blurryness of the image. I saw at least 3 cameras recording and they only used one angle and its the back of my classmates!!! And the person who was recording was clearly not a professional!!! The dvd stops every once in a while when i played it in my dvd player and the image "jumps" too. I ordered the dvd from action video productions in another address but i can't seem to find their telephone number for some reason, it's like you can't contact with them unless you go to the store!!! but they mailed the cd from this store's zip code. In general don't buy from this guys, they obviously don't make a good job neither recording or editing videos. They are not professionals.
