I got cinderella extensions, I was supposed to get THE CINDERELLA SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER, as well as a few other items to put in your hair after a wash to help take care of extensions, it was never offered, I never knew about this untill reading about it later! I wondered why my extensions became such a disaster! I have had extensions before, thought id try these ones, I was given a drug store shampoo and conditioner and thought nothing of it. My hair became horrible because of this, tangled and ripped. I used acetone to take the extensions off myself to which they came off VERY easily. I read online acetone wont work on cinderella extensions!!It makes me wonder if I actually got cinderella extensions considering when you order the extensions it comes WITH the hair brush included. I know the brush you gave is not the cinderella brush because they have their LOGO on it. I think I got RIPPED off completely. Not professional sad you mad a bad rep for that extension company because the whole time I was thinking how bad quality the extensions were. but it was actually you guys. I do not reccomend people who will try and rip you off! And while I am at it, I think its unprofessional to have your kid running around the salon with his shoes off, and talking about customers in front of me! I dont care to hear it! And you put them in sucky too! Fyi from my last hairdresser you never shear extensions!!!!! You ruin the look of it!! No one go here.

I would have to say I highly recommend Evolutions hair salon. Management Sheryl Shockley does a fantastic job on my hair every time, not to mention very professional and friendly. Keep up the great work.
