I wish I could say I Love Dr. Foland but her rude staff Office Manager Lacy has no customer service skills or any ounce of compassion for Dr. Folands pet owners especially in time of the loss of their pet. LACY WAS RUDE TO ME ON 11/12 WHEN I ASKED FOR DR. PAULA FOLAND TO CALL ME REGARDING TREATMENT OF MY PRECIOUS 13 YR OLD DAUGHTERS CAT CURIOUS. The jist of Lacy's behavior was I could take my business elsewhere and they didnt need clients like myself. I have never been spoken to that way by any vet office staff and all my years. Dr Paula Foland should of call me when I reguested her to, not her watch dog Lacy. I am astonished by their lack of compassion for our loss. Kimberlee Nadwocki

LOVE Dr. Foland! She takes great care of my cat and even called me personally to check up him after he'd been in her office.
