Owner was very rude. When I told her I was unhappy about my little dogs uneven hair cut. She immediately got loud and defensive.( I think that she knew she did a poor job)She blamed my husband for dropping her off late. And my arriving to soon to pick her up. If this was the case. Why take the job?? Why except a job if you felt rushed and couldn't do a quality job. I am not that person that complains. And I so wish I could post pictures. I just can't believe when I told her I wasn't please that the top of my dogs head was shaved and uneven that she would be so rude after blaming it on my husband she then blamed it on my dog!! Terrible customer service, worse quality of care. Never ever in all my years have I ever been talked to the way this woman spoke to me. Wish i would have been able to speak. Don't think she even heard my complaint. She was very very rude.
