my daughter stayed in bridge st apts and while moving in2 the apt from my house she had no bugs and after 2 months of getting bit she found out bed bugs were in her apt. we found the previous tenant and they moved out due to there issues with bb also when spoke to about issue nothing happened they tried to say it was us. um no. not to mention the ac flooded apt and in july they refused to fix it so she had no ac for the hottest part of summer

Avoid this company at all cost.

This is the worst company I ever dealt with as a renter. Let's just start from the top. When I moved in the carpets where still stained but I was reassured multiple times they would be taken care of yet 3 months later nothing happened so I paid to have them cleaned with my own money. My stove/oven was red tagged by the gas company and they told me to get another one due to the current one being no good, I contact them and shortly after a maintenance man came by only to take the red tag off and left, the oven never got replaced. Before I moved in I paid $400 worth of pet deposits and then only 6 months later when it was time to re sign the lease that I couldn't have the. I would honestly rather live in my car than deal with these people

Everything was good until the end. The main receptionist lady was awful. She smiled when she said we couldn't have our deposit back because we didn't give our 30 day notice until a few days after our rent was up. The house was spotless. The contract didn't say anything about a certain date to submit a notice, just that one had to be written. they refused to hear about it. Wouldn't recommend this company if you want good honest landlords.

The receptionist (lady who answered the phone) was extremely unprofessional. She smiles when you write her a check. But if you have an issue that makes her do any semblance of work (checking records on the computer, etc), she is very ill-tempered. It seems she loves making people feel stupid for having a complaint or a question. I will never do business with them again.
