If you want to give away money go ahead and move in. They will bend you over when you move out! One Lady in office is a piece of work. Very condescending to people. Will talk to you like a piece of trash. Place is not what they are charging for rent. If you liked being watched and talked about by other residents good place. Want to be attacked by other residents with explosive devices move on in. Want to get infected with roaches and bedbugs they are there too. Like in the movie " Run Forest Run"!!!!

These are the worst apartments in Weatherford , the management is horrible she never takes time to speak with you & she is the rudest woman I have ever met. We have seen her many times screaming at her daughter in the front yard at late hours, also they make you pay for covered parking which is fine, however she will let her boyfriend or friends park under without pay. The apartments are made very cheaply the tiles come up in the kitchen and bathroom with you just standing on them, the doors are very flimsy , they have a bad ant probably that hasn't been fixed , the carpets are paper thin so when you shampoo anywhere near the tile in the kitchen or bathroom the carpet "leaks", the stairs on the "older" apartments are not covered so if you slip and fall because of ice they don't care yes they literally told me they didn't care , it also fills up with water from the rain, the stairs have broken off before and it took them 3 months and lots of customers complaining to get that done, so in conclusion these apartments are not worth your time or a penny a month. just a fair warning
