Rude staff and Dr that does not abide by the hippa laws. Has no problem over medicating you on Zoloft. Yep, 2 100mg pills a day. He has ruined my life forever. Had no problem believing in my pain and namenda issues that I will forever have anxiety issues.

I never pay much attention to staff, as I don't go to see them. I don't recall them ever being rude, though. However, Dr. Ross helped me throughout my 7 years in Texas; from thyroid issues to minor illness, he ALWAYS had great bedside manner and TRULY researched and cared for my well-being. I lso appreciated his no-nonsense approach to handling issues and that he wasn't quick to "write a script." He wanted to solve the problem, not help the symptom.

Well, as soon as I gave rave reviews, I was slapped with the rudeness of the office staff. Reception is fussed at me for not giving her time to make a referral. They gave the specialist my number, how was I to know? Then they charged me $35 for a release to return to work.

I still think Dr Ross is a great Dr, but this negative experience will remain embedded in my mind!! Such a disappointment!!

Rude Staff- Rude Doctor- Dr Ross had NO bedside manners at all. Also- watch out how they bill your insurance, I read it somewhere else, didn't believe it till it happened to myself. With BCBS- they submitted a claim where now I have to pay for it, even though Dr Ross is the only one I've seen and was diagnosed- I'll find a better doctor.
