Very poor customer service. I paid $100 for an interior detail. I was informed it would take two hours. As I was paying for the service, I saw the manager and pointed out a few items that I would like completed. (Previously, I had another car wash detail the interior and they did not do a good job.)

I left the shop and came back 1 hour and 45 minutes later. The car was sitting with the door open and they had not even started the cleaning. Apparently, they let my car sit there for close to two hours with the door open. The two front seats were covered in grass.

The manager informed me that it would be started in the next 10 minutes. He also informed me that they could hurry and finish in 45 minutes to an hour. Due the previous poor service, the last thing I wanted was another rush job.

15 minutes later, my car was still siting with the door open.

So, in two hours, with the full knowledge of the manager, my car was dirtier than when I left it for them to clean the interior I asked for a refund and left. This was pathetic customer service. I suspect they can do the basic cleanings, but I would never ask them for anything more unless you have an entire day to spend for a two hour job.
