I order flowers for my mom on Valentine's Day. Like the other review, mine arrived a day late. My mom works nights, and I asked her to keep an ear open for the doorbell that day, even though she needed to rest.



THEY COULD NOT LOCATE MY ORDER

I ordered flowers for my fiancé' frfor his birthday. The product was to look like the picture I included the image on the RIGHT. The item was delivered a day late. The florist is literally less than a mile away from where they were to deliver. The item looked nothing like the picture. The image on the left is what was delivered. I could have made this with items from a dollar store. I called the florist to get a refund and express my dissatisfaction. She tried to justify it by telling me they "tried to deliver but he was not there" which is a lie, they did not "try to deliver" they called the delivery location at the end of the work day and found he was out of the office.She asked "SO You want a REFUND" I said Yes and she said "Fine!" and slammed the phone down hanging up on me. Not good business or customer care.
