Fabulous class. The instructor was great. Lots of information given but he made it fun to learn Highly recommend anyone in taking his class.

Very informative and clear instruction with practical tools you can use in emergency situations.

Instructor was great giving us direction and answering questions. I loved the format of the presentation and the opportunities to ask questions and take notes. I learned so much and appreciated the packets and notes I took so that I could study on my own. The use of acronyms and mnemonic devices made the steps easy to learn, practice and remember.
