I used A Storage Place while my home was being built. The owner was easy to work with and the unit was clean. Just what we needed.

My family and I had a great experience with A Storage Place LLC. We had to store essentially all of our belongings for a few several months as we purchased and renovated a home. The location was convenient, clean and well kept. The owners made sure we had the space we needed and were taken care of. If I should need to store items in the future, this is where I'll go.

This place is top notch as well as the owner. We were moving out of our house and had to store our stuff for a couple of months. It was a pleasure to work with these people. Got us in to a unit and treated us great. I will definitely use this storage place again. Thanks for making this easy during a time that was stressful.

A few years back I rented a storage unit from this company. During the summer Webb City had some sizeable rainstorms. I was called to the company and found my storage unit with about two inches of residual water in the unit, with indications the water level had earlier been several inches deep. I lost over a thousand dollars worth of my engineering reference books which were totally soaked as were considerable amounts of clothing and other miscellaneous items which were also destroyed by water damage. The owners of the company did not disagree that my property was ruined, but they refused to reimburse me for even one cent of my damages. They said they didn't believe it was their responsibility. Why then would one rent a storage unit if not to protect the items placed therein? I regret now that I didn't take them to small claims court. I think my experience shows the lack of character of the owners of this company.
