Our family loves Dr Klempner! She is friendly, professional, and compassionate! While having to make a difficult decision she was right there for us to lean on. We received medical attention for both our cats and dogs. I can't tell you how happy I am to have a Vet that I can trust!

I scheduled an appointment in December for my St. Bernard to be neutered and was quoted a price of $200. I had to reschedule to January and when we arrived, they weighed him and took him to the back for prepping. The technician went over some paperwork with me. I noticed a price of $290. I told him I was quoted $200, he had no idea where that price came from! He did ask me if I wanted to cancel the appointment, well they already had my dog in the back and I just wanted to get it done, so no. The doctor came in and she heard us talking about it. She said (laughingly) that the accountant said they were not making a profit so they raised their prices!

I understand raising prices, but really, 50%!! When the receptionist called to confirm the appointment, she could have said something about the increase. Also, they knew I had a large dog coming in for surgery, they made absolutely no accommodations for a cone. I had to go out and purchase a cone.

They were suppose to have there till 2pm. They called me 2-3 hours early to pick him up because he was barking!!! Excuse me, he is a dog!

The doctor called me today (1-23-17) to see how he was doing, that was nice. I did tell her the above. The only thing she said to me was "she would keep that in mind for the future". I told her I would not be returning to her clinic and all she said was "would you like me to mail you his records?"

This tells me one thing: She, her clinic is there for $$$$ and not for the pets or families. I will be going elsewhere.

Sandra Klempner, DVM, has a truly compassionate nature towards animals. After having taken my pets to other practices in surrounding areas, I can honestly say her service and care for my animals far exceeded my expectations. Her rates are reasonable enough to where you could drive from Howell or Williamston and still save money compared to the vets in those areas. On top of running a solid practice she also gives back to the community through volunteer work . I would highly recommend the Webberville Animal Clinic for all of your furry friends!.
