Ingrid is the owners name.....real German lady, she can cook better then my mom....her bavarian potatoe salad is out of this world.
The Edelweiss Restaurant is a place to get good German food very afforable and prepared with love and care!!
Try the Schnitzel with Spaetzle, taste her great salads....not a big place, actually only a few tables...a bit hard to find....but a place to be fed well and with good hearted people cooking and serving to your liking!!

You wont regret it....believe me I am born in Germany, I know my German food!!

Though this restaurant is small in size, seating about 36, and is off the beaten path it is well worth the trip to Weber City. I have lived in Germany for 4 years and this is as close as you can get to authentic German food and atmosphere without a trip across the ocean.
