I've always had a good experience here, until they changed management. I go in there with realistic expectations of what I wanted. I had someone brand new, but he was beside the manager so I had faith it wouldn't be too bad. It literally took him 90 minutes to apply my hair dye. Then I had to wait 45 minutes with it on my hair. He got the color all over my face! When he washed out the color, he left some on the bottom of my head. I had to rush home and rewash my hair, and by then I had sores on my scalp and it was extremely raw.

I understand it's a school, and they are learning, but something as simple as leaving hair dye all over someone in unacceptable. Again, I had been there many times without complaint, but after this experience I will never go back.

You will not find a better place to get your hair done! Students are well taught and always supervised by the best instructors in the area! Top that off with the lowest prices in the Tri-Cities area and you have a definite winner! Go see them today or call and make an appointment! You won't regret it!

Legacy is a great place! I highly recommend checking it out. Teresa done the best job on my hair than anyone has in a long time! Customer for life :)
