Waterproofing system installed, but our basement is still not waterproofWe had a very specific issue in our basement, which resulted in seeking out a basement waterproofing company to hire. We invited 6+ companies into our home, asked a lot of detailed questions (verbally & in writing) & educated ourselves, as this was a very big investment & decision. We asked a very specific question which related to our water issue, and we were given some answers via email by Kansas (Salesperson) about the functionality of their Water Trek Aqua Route System, which solely determined the choice to hire and sign a contract with Basement Technologies over multiple competitors. The functionality of their system as stated in that email is not holding true. We have the exact same issue as we did prior to hiring Basement Technologies. Our basement is not waterproof. There is still water seeping in from the perimeter of the foundation. There is no remorse, explanation or plan of action to help from the owner Pat (who installed the product). In fact, we were completely spoken down to in our own home & he refused verbally and in writing to even come out to the house to take a look. We were left with no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would ask you to take a look at the details of our complaint, but they are conveniently unavailable on their website. On a nightly basis, we come home from work and use a shop vac to keep the water under control. This is completely unacceptable, period! This review is in good faith & weve documented everything since day one.As of today, 2/18/18, our basement is still not waterproof with refusal from the owner to remedy the situation.

We signed a contract with Basement Technologies of Western NY and the work was done exactly as discussed with no extra sales, hidden costs, or "surprises". I am very happy with them. I was very impressed with the information I got over the phone when I called initially. They weren't interested in just coming out and selling me on the next best thing. The gentleman that came out wasn't at all pushy and was extremely knowledgeable. I felt my contract was important to their company. I definitely recommend them.

The project was done right on time from the dates that he told me. I would definitely recommend him! I am so thankful for how smooth everything went!

I only have the highest marks to say about working with Basement Technologies. They did a really great job for us and I will definitely be recommending them. Nothing but nice things to say.

I would definitely recommend Basement Technologies. As far as the construction process, they were very clean. They made sure everything was covered.

I would definitely recommend them! Everything went very smoothly and I liked the fact that they did everything they could to be neat because they had to carry stuff up from the basement and explained what they were going to do.

I have nothing but great things to say about the guys at Basement Technologies. They really not only help with the problem, but fix it so that we didn't have to worry about it anymore.

VERY POOR customer service. The service technician tried to diagnose my issue over the phone when I called to make an appointment for an estimate. When I asked if he planned to come to the house, he was defensive and said that the the company was not interested. Unless you want to be walked all over, don't bother calling.
