I have used Mark for years. He is always very professional. He does great work and has never "created" issues. If he points something out that needs attention he will explain why, then you can make the decision on whether you want it fixed. A+ rating in my book.

I went to mark because I saw him on google maps as the closest to where I live and it's a registered bike shop, love his expertise and he always gets me the parts I need for my bike for cheap and they always ship fast for free. He seems like a nice guy and is helpful, I do not agree with the comment saying he broke the chrome on the guys tire because no matter how you use I tire iron there's no way to avoid scratching the rim. Definaly worth going back to for parts and service

The owner of Dehond is a nice man and you can tell he cares about people.

NOW saying that. He ALWAYS finds something wrong with your vehicle. It feel like he is running you for money at all times.

His secretary is incompetent. I showed up to the office to purchase a tire and schedule a time for it to be put on. she said she'd call me back with a time. I waited 3 days and left VM's with no response. Had to go in on a weekend and set it up with the owner myself.



Will be finding a new Bike Mechanic.

Great experience every time. We started going to Mark several years ago upon the recommendation of a friend, and haven't turned back. Finding a local service professional who works on foreign cars had been a struggle, but Mark was able to figure out what several other shops couldn't. I wish I had gone to him first. He always takes the time to explain to me exactly what needs to be done (and why) before he fixes it, and then again after he fixes it.



There's always some level of stress and anticipation knowing that your vehicle is in need of service or repairs. I didn't realize how much having a service professional I could trust would quell that. I'm thrilled to have found someone who makes the experience more streamlined and less stressful.



He's knowledgable, highly personable, and most importantly, his work is top-notch. I highly recommend Mark DeHond for anyone looking for a trusted, honest mechanic who does the job quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price.

Brought a wheel and tire to him. His tire machine was broken so he used tire irons. The chrome all over my wheel was chipped away in about 5 spots. I confronted him on the issue and he became very belligerent and began screaming because I pointed it out his poor work.. He didn't offer a refund and I will never go to his shop again. Another thing, the tire began leaking within three days. A brand new tubeless tire.



Called the credit card company and he had a nice time dealing with them. Avoid this clown at all costs!
