The people at this branch of Enterprise is the reason I keep going back. In my opinion, the very best in customer service. they have been trained extremely well, and always hold the customer in the highest esteem. They are very accommodative and helpful in every way possible. In short, they are the very best!

I have rented from the Webster store at least four times in the past year. My experience has always been great and the staff has been courteous and professional. I do have a member account with the company and have had no problems. I shall rent from them again in the future.

I rented a car from the Webster store while my vehicle was being repaired. NEVER, EVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BANKING INFORMATION!!!!!



Even though the terms of the contract were $100 secured via debit card, the remainder to be paid upon return of vehicle, they unilaterally decided to cash out the car several days before its return, leaving me with absolute no money in my account and in fact incurring never $200 in overdraft fees. The ironic thing about this is that the insurance company for the at-fault driver would have paid from the outset had Enterprise agreed to deal with them, but they would not, preferring instead to tie up my funds and destroy my credit in the process. BEWARE!!!! THEY WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER DIME FROM ME, AND I HOPE YOU WILL RENT CARS FROM A MORE REPUTABLE DEALER THAN THE WEBSTER NY ENTERPRISE AGENCY!!!!!!!!



PS I gave them one star only because I had to. If I had to rate them I would rate them one big, fat, greedy ZERO
