I called and asked if I could exchange a game for anther game and I got it at another game crazy the guy on the phone was nice and said yeah that’s not to big of a deal it’s only $14 then I got the time to go the man that working was rude and told me that there is two different owners so I ask him if I could get the owners number I have met him he is a nice man He said he doesn’t have it and he would say the same thing . not say don’t shop here but wow you don’t have to be rude to your customers after just asking to exchange a old Nintendo game that 14 bucks . Sad that you would treat customers this way really is I get you have a job to do but you don’t have to be rude and think it’s funny. Making jokes about it and embarrassing me in front of other customers

The only game craze that I go to. The best one in new York. I can usually get good deals there, and the employees are polite and usually like having conversations.

this is the best game craze I've ever been to. I've gotten many great deals, and they always have something awesome there. they may not always have the game you want, but they'll have a different game to make up for it.

Great selection of games, helpful staff and great prices. This is the game craze I always go back to because of not only the games but also they always seem to have the rare game I want at a good price.

Don't listen to the negative reviews I took back an original xbox I had a problem with and they sent me away with a working one no problem. It was also a great price.

Place is a joke, what a scam. Bought a defective PS2 console tried to return it over at their East Rd store. He said it was separately owned that I could return it over Mt Hope. Then why have the same retarded name. So I tried their Mt Hope location and guess what they don't have it. Offered me store credit only because I had it three days. I don't want something else I want a PS2! After countless visits and hearing "we don't have that" I gave up going this location has nothing but excuses drive down the road to Target/walmart/gamestop and save the aggravation.

a USED 360. Saw it cheaper at GameStop and tried to return it back to game craze with a valid receipt 7 days later. Manager said "I can't do that....because everyone would do that and kmart, walmart policies are the same." He gave me half of what I paid because he felt "sorry" and because I bought it a week ago. Looked up policies at kmart and walmart and the guy was just lying, they do refund USED systems, went to GameStop to put money down on the xbox one bundle and the guy at Gamestop said since I paid for a USED system they should of refunded all my money. The best part was the guy at gamecraze told me to look at the policy on the receipt. No where on the receipt does it say I can't return a used system it only says New systems. The business isn't legit pay the extra money at Gamestop, walmart or wherever because if the policies aren't even stated correctly why would the staff be legit?
