Martial arts has changed my life. I used to be a shy 9 year old that had a tough time making friends and speaking up in class rooms.

Confidence. Focus. Discipline. Fun. Self-defense. These are all things that you get when you train in martial arts and all things that you get at any of the Murray's schools.

The instructors care about the kids and put forth the effort to get to know them and be a good role model for them. They teach through positive reinforcements rather than negative words

I've been a student of Murray's for almost 15 years, and a teacher for 12. Started out as shy, awkward, overweight kid -- which nobody ever believes because now I'm teaching classes lol. Definitely very influential in molding into the person I am today!

The kick boxing class is a great workout. The teachers are great and motivating. The workout is hard but itake fun and you can do it no matter what level of fitness you are starting at. If you are looking for a way to loose weight or just a fun thing to add to your workout routine check them out
