Provided by YP.comI showed up at 7:58pm with two very sick kids including a baby covered in vomit with a horrible cough. Upon finding the door locked, I called the office and explained the situation as I was left standing in the cold with a screaming baby as your office clearly was still open finishing up seeing patients. The secretary put me on hold to check with a "provider" because their clock said 8pm. I was told come back tomorrow even though I begged to be seen. What health care provider or human being period turns a sick baby away after locking their doors early and hangs up on a begging mother? Had they looked at my family's last name they would have seen we had just been seen for flu and clearly I may have an urgent issue. You lost our business and I plan on letting other providers and families know about how disgusting your staff treated children in need. Part of providing excellent health care is showing compassion for your patients in times of need.

Provided by YP.comThis is the 2nd time I have tried URGENT CARE NOW and I swear I will never go back there even if I was on my last breath. I feel the staff has no bedside manner.
The NP came in to check me out and left the exam room door open, What ever happen to privacy? When I got there I was the only one in the waiting room 1 hr later I was in the exam room waiting for the nurse to flush my ear out. I WALKED out. Maybe I was the only one in the waiting room for a reason. WORST EVER.
I am sorry to hear of your unpleasant experience. All patients have a right to privacy. I am surprised to hear of your 1 hour wait to be seen when you were the only patient in the waiting room. We have several providers on and are capable of seeing several patients in an hours time. If you experience problems, if you let us know at the time of your visit we will try to rectify the problem then. Please contact me so I may follow up with you. Sincerely, Brian D. Dailey M.D., FACEP, FACFE
