Clear Lake Kennels went well above the call of duty for me when I needed to board my sister's two dogs there when she became ill and unable to care for them herself. Not only did they keep me updated on the dogs, but when it became apparent that my sister would no longer be able to live alone and take care of them herself, they helped me rehome them. I will aways be grateful, especially to Clay, the manager, and Melanie, the animal care manager. If you want to be assured that you are dealing with kind people who will not only take care of your pet but also bend over backwards to help you, then this is the place!

Me and my daughter visit this place for the first time on last Saturday and the facility left us speechless, the friendly faces when walking in made us feel like family members, the facility is very nice and clean and the staff are amazing, you can rest assure that your pets are in great hands, I cant wait to pick up my puppy Blu and see the staff members again.....see you next Saturday

Best kennel for grooming and pets’ needs. Every person working here has always been so kind to me and my dogs. We had our dogs groomed here and purchased reasonably priced food and toys here for years. Highly recommend this business for your family. Thank you Clear Lake Kennels!

We have been taking our two papillons since 2010. The entire staff is amazing, but on our first visit we met Clay (front office) and immediately connected. Our puppies love to go there so much that we can not say, “do you want to go see Clay?” unless we are ready to walk out the door. They uncontrollably start running back and forth to the door and jumping. The little boy dog hardly jumps up on a step - except when he’s going to see Clay. He jumps from the ground to the seat of a Tahoe before we can even stop him. We feel completely confident they are safe and happy when they’re there.

I would like to give no stars. They had my cat in a tiny box all day, I brought him in at 10am and picked up 5pm. I told them flea bath then board him comfortably until I get there. That was not done, they placed him in a tiny box that he couldn't even stand or turn around in. They over charged us for a wash. When my husband picked him up at 5pm the staff was extremely rude. They are all over the place, unprofessional, and lack of knowledge. I treat my cat the same way I treat my 2yr old son and what they did was unacceptable. I advice you to take your pet anywhere but here. What they did to my cat was a type of animal abuse. We will never be back and never recommend this place. Our mission will be to let all our animal loving friends know about this.

I have been a customer since 1992! Our dogs love it there.The staff are uniformly excellent. Use them for boarding and grooming. The dogs always come home happy! Never had any issues in over 20 years of taking our beloved pets there.

Clear Lake Kennels is the absolute best. Everyone there goes above and beyond. I never worry about my dogs when I leave them. I know they are well taken care of. They love to go on vacation to the kennel. Almost makes me feel bad. Thank you Clear Lake Kennels!
