At the beginning of last week I called and set a reservation for 16 people for this coming weekend March 10 (for my birthday.) I was told my reservation was set and I would be getting a phone call from the manager to take my $100 deposit to hold the table. Yesterday, I received a phone call and voicemail from the hostess, Natalie, stating that she was sorry but they no longer have room for my reservation anymore. Very confused, I called and asked for the manager. He told me the same thing, that he was sorry but they already had too many large parties and no longer have room for my reservation. I told him that I called almost 2 weeks in advance and was told that my reservation was confirmed. So then he put me on hold to speak with Melissa (the event coordinator.) I waited for TWELVE minutes on hold and he never took me off hold and I never got a solution to the problem. I will not be eating at this location because of this sad, unprofessional situation.

Luckily, yesterday, Webster Pappasitos took my reservation with no issues!!!!
