WE ARE HORRIFIED. I went to what I thought was a reputable funeral home - Forest Park East, Webster, TX to bury my only child. (1) they want their money the day you walk in. Had to wait hrs to have deceased picked up; funeral director was dressed in dirty clothes; met with someone different every appt; were NEVER given pricing options; only what THEY wanted to sell us. Once they got their money we were not helped in ANY WAY. We had to ask for music at the funeral; had to ask to have photos displayed. My daughter's obit and leaflet was pushed without my approval. My daughter was not bathed; makeup was applied horribly; they cut her hair; there were unexplained cuts on her body; and they would not allow me to privately be with my daughter -- Three wks later no memorial plate ordered. NEVER gave us deed restrictions. Flowers stolen from mausoleum. THEY EXHUMED DAUGHTER'S TOMBSTONE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Called me two days after burial to "pre-plan" (pre-pay) for MY funeral.
