I went in to buy a long line bra for my wedding dress. I was rushed into a dressing room and not even measured. The sales lady based my size on the current bra I was wearing. She helped me find the best size for me but there was only one style to choose from. She kept saying that I could go home and try it on with my dress and see if I liked it. When I got home I didn't like it and went back to return it. Tags on and everything, I was told they would only give me store credit and not my $96 I paid for it. I didn't want credit as they have very limited choices of bras but requested to get my money back. They gave me some health code law reason about not being able to return which made no sense because I only tried the bra on and didn't take off the tags or anything like that. They then said that they just don't issue money back and this is listed on the receipt. However, this policy is not listed anywhere that is visible to customers. Don't shop here. If you still need a bra, go to Amazon and search for Dominique Style 8949 bra. It is the same and only bra they sell there and they swear it is the best but it's $20 cheaper on Amazon and you can always return it if you don't like it.

I went into La De Da looking for a corset style bra. I am getting married in November of 2010 and wanted a good foundation for my dress.I am very long waisted and was looking for a bra that would fit my waist all the way to my hips. A properly fitted bra. I went and was given over to a consultant who told me she could custom fit me. THAT WAS NOT TRUE, she couldn't custom fit me and once she realized that the bra I wanted was not in her store she simply walked out of the dressing room. EXTREMELY RUDE, I left there feeling bad about my body, which is crazy because I am only a size 6. I felt like I would never find a good bra for me to wear under my gown. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE GOING HERE TO FIND A BRA THAT IS FITTED PROPERLY. There are many places out there that are happy to help.
