I have had only excellent experiences at Lakeside Open MRI & Diagnostic Center. They have been very professional and friendly. So far this is my favorite place to get my tests done.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

When you go for an MRI, you expect that the rooms will be cooled because the machine is designed to cook you with magnets. That's why they make sure you don't wear any metal.

Nope. The room was easily 80 degrees.

AND THEY COULDN'T TURN THE A/C ON!

No one had a frigging key to TURN ON THE AC!

The ONLY reason I am returning to give them another try tomorrow is because this is where my insurance is sending me and I need the test done PDQ.

The office manager was completely useless! The tech was nice and she explained how they were not allowed to adjust the temperature.

It is sadistic to expect your patients to sit for an hour past their appointment time first and then try to bake them for half an hour when they cannot move inside a machine designed to cook them.

It IS UNCONSCIONABLE!

Not to mention it causes more breakdowns with the expensive machinery.

But this is RIDICULOUS!

And then the office manager ignored me. Which ticked me off more.
