I have been dealing with wheelchairs and repair shops for 40 years and I have never dealt with an establishment so poor. Their phone conversations are always rude, as if you shouldn't bother them. I decided to contact a higher office in Beaumont, because that's where everything wheelchair related comes from. They are no better. And the "top" man there named Louis (Lewis?) is one of the most incapable people in the business. I still need wires for my my chair and have not gotten them yet. 9 months and no wires!!! the most I get is "let me look into that and i'll get back to you." I can't tell you how many times I've heard this. Not to mention, unlike any other shops, they don't want to schedule a day or time frame for people to arrive at your home for service. Instead, they prefer to have the driver call you before they get there. When? What day? This is NOT how the business is done! Scheduled appointments are the way it's done, and for obvious reasons. Luckily, only once has someone come and I not be here, but of course no one appreciates surprise attack. Plus, there been 2 times when people said they were coming and never showed. And so far, Louis has to me twice that he was sure someone had come on a particular day. I know this is false, because I would spend all day waiting here. Did I get a call about it? NO! So you rearrange your day for waiting and then no one comes. So it happens "later" (usually 10 days or more). If I could figure out who was above this man, I would call them, but that's a guarded secret. For insurance reasons, this is the ONLY shop I can deal with. That is most frustrating of all. Of course, I would've dropped them months ago if I had that option. If this is the only place you can get, I sympathize with you and good luck. If you have an alternative, use it. DO NOT GO THROUGH THE NIGHTMARE OF PRN. I wish I could rate negative stars!!!
