Provided by YP.comThey are terrible!! Worst dealership I've ever encountered! Rip you off where they can. Lie about their cars! Was told the car was new to the lot, when Car Gurus showed it was there for over a month! Sales rep has no idea about the car or history! Seriously! RUN

Provided by YP.comI trusted my favorite truck to their service department for some body and paint work. Excellent job, looks like new, favorable pricing.

Provided by YPmobileBuying my car here was great. Now I've brought my car to their service dept and can't believe how trustworthy and friendly they are. It's nice to not worry about spending too much time or money on maintaining my car.

Provided by YP.comI bought a truck here a year ago and just had a great experience. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, and the truck was exactly as described. Delivery to Tucson was quick and painless. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Provided by YP.comThey worked with me to find the perfect car that I could afford and have been so helpful since day one. Going to bring all of my family's cars to their service department now, as well. Excellent service, top notch.

Provided by YP.comSo I'm guessing someone deleted my post. I tried to post my review to their facebook page, it was deleted and now I've been blocked where I can see their page but I can NOT post any reviews nor comment on anything on their page! To add to the list of horrible service!! I'm writing this here and also taking it to social media elsewhere! Anyone should be ware buying from this place. Here's a little part of our story! My husband bought a truck I believe from Jordan Lerbs? He bought it in May 2013. Little did we know what a piece of crap it would be, first off the salesman sold him a warranty KNOWING good and well it wouldn't cover ANYTHING on the truck with all of the aftermarket parts on it. (Which I believe is against the law, supposed to be inspected before warranty and sold) When my husband called me to ask about warranty, while on the phone, he specifically asked if warranty would cover anything on the truck, salesman said yes, everything except wear n tear. I heard him. At the end of July with truck in the shop in Jacksonville, TX the diesel mechanic wanted to replace motor, warranty would NOT cover. Called TX Auto, they wanted him to have the truck sent to them, out of our pocket. We had to be in IL for work two days later. We ended up having to overnight some chip to get truck back running. Apparently the mechanic erased chip. We finally got truck out of the shop, something was messed up, can't remember specifically what at this moment. A week after being in IL truck went into shop there, turbos. Spent another $3000 to get it out of the shop this time (not including the $500+over night ship in TX) well we had the truck back in our possession maybe 3 weeks, back in shop! This time it was another $6500 to replace turbos again and some other crap!! Not long after these repairs, motor is gone! We are back working in TX (thankfully my husband has a company truck at the moment) were now waiting to have the truck shipped to us either here or home in LA. In the mean time saving to get a motor!! We have called the dealership several times, also spoke to manager couple times.....we keep being told someone will call us back. Well, about 3 weeks ago, some lady called to see how we were enjoying our purchase?!?! My husband told her the whole story, she said she'd have manager call him back, this was after she supposedly talked to her supervisor, still NO return call. My husband can't always talk right when someone calls, so I've tried to take care of what I can. Also the warranty co wouldn't let me cancel his warranty, so when he was able to call, she wouldn't let him either, said she'd have to mail him stuff to fill out and return!!! This WHOLE situation is completely horrible!! I'm at the point where I have NO where else to turn, except social media, news outlets, etc. do NOT recommend ANYONE purchasing anything from here. I guess next stop will be consulting a lawyer t see what rights, if any, we may have! We have all paper work we should need for proof. This car dealership is HORRIBLE to deal with!!!! Will be taking my review and going viral!! Jason and Nicole Johnson
