For all of us who do not have the opportunity of having high-speed Internet through cable service there are options. The best option is Starlink. I've had Hughes Viasat GOTW3 DirectTv etc etc. But Starlink Satellite is far superior to any of the other satellites I've had. It is half the price triple the speed and with no data cap.

The problem is installation. I'm not a get up on the ladder kind of person and I will not drill into my own house much less run lines into the basement. It sounded very difficult and I was about to give up until I spoke to Tim.

He came up ...a couple hour trip from Albany and took a look at my situation here and said that I would have no trouble getting Starlink without any obstruction at all. He came back to install it was up on my roof fearless in the face of some snow that accumulated there. The installation went smoothly he also tuned up system reconnected my Sonos and left with many improvements aside from the installation. Is an excellent communicator answers all those phone calls and messages and guarantees or services in visits for six months and cannot be better than that
He was very patient with my evident ignorance of all things Wi-Fi, Internet, and streaming.

I discontinued all my other satellites and the service which I think was inexpensive was paid for in three months due to the savings from dropping all the expensive Satellites had to keep active.

Needless to say I strongly recommend him as well as the Starlink which he is extraordinarily knowledgeable about.
