Dr. Cooper has a WONDERFUL Groomer behind his clinic. The grooming office unfortunately staffs a extremely rude and unprofessional member named CATHY. I have seen her make customers cry while waiting for my own animal. She makes the atmosphere very uncomfortable. I do not know who she thinks she is. But I have heard complaints before and nothing gets done. To me, she's hindering the business there and what an embarrassment to have! Very disappointed that she gets to do what she wants with her foul mouth and Dr. Cooper does not as well as his office manager who does NOTHING. The poor groomer is embarrassed you can tell as well as a few other staff members who apologize. If this is how you treat your customers you will continue to lose them for grooming and for vetting.. as you have lost me.

I would expect to see Dr each time I visit. They charge differently for seeing the tech vs. the Dr. The costs are way too high. Insist on shots that my dogs do not need or should be optional like the flu shot. If the care and attention matched the cost of seeing this vet, then I would stay. Therefore, I will be seeking a new vet.

have gone there three times. first and second time were good. recently, he said he wants to spay my nine year old dog. they wrote up an estimate, we left. upon consideration; I don't think I will. she is fine and I feel the surgery is risky. will find a new vet.

This hospital it filthy dirty. I would never take my pets there, they r rude and way too expensive!!! It seems as though the Vet is very burnt out, he never even touched my dog at all. Very unfriendly staff also, always seem to be angry!

Dr Kern has treated my two dogs and iguana's for more that 15 years at three different practices. He performed surgeries also. Always going light on medications and doing things the natural way, which i appreciate. Also considerate to your wallet. He is kind and gentle with the animals. I have recommended him to several people over the years and have had the same results. I dont care what someone did in there past when he was young, it doesnt reflect on him as a Dr. it is sad he is being slandered by his ex wife like this.

Dr. Cooper is a horrible Vet. He never even touched my dog when I went in to see him. He seems to be very burnt out!!!! This clinic use to be so clean and the staff use to be so polite, the staff seem to be very burnt out and miserable also. This clinic is very dirty, and their prices are way too high for what your getting. I'm not surprised why Dr. Kern has left this Clinic, I cant say I don't blame him. It will be so nice to be able to see him at his own practice now!!!!!

Their is a Dr that works here that was convicted of delivering 40 kilos of cocaine in new york city his name is michael kern he is also an abuser of aggresive animals be very aware of this man in my mind a person who put that much toxic drugs on the streets for people to kill their selves over doesnt dserve to be a doctor even if it is just a animal doctor

Dr. Kern is NO LONGER seeing clients at Animal Care Center, he is available to his clients at 727-597-0668.

I would ever go to this clinic, Dr. Cooper is a horrible burnt out Vet, and this clinic is very dirty and the most expensive clinic in Spring Hill,also the staff r very rude!
