I have purchased glasses here 2 previous times with good results. This time was most special because manager Angela assisted me picking out two perfect frames and showed me a purchase package that was excellent. I look forward to picking them up.

Had a 12pm appointment, got in at 11:45 filled out the paperwork..waited untill 12:30 they said I was next, the doctor comes out and calls someone else, waited 10 more minutes, got tired of waiting and left.. I will never go back.

10 days and my glasses that were supposed to take a week haven't even shipped. No one knows why either. Still waiting for the promised call back about it.

Reception staff are friendly,,but not very knowledgeable or empowered... I had explain my insurance policy.. And insisted they call them..But they were very helpful and receptive..The Dr Thomas Stamp has a lousy bedside manner. I think is is more interested in what he can get by charging insurance and patients than being friendly and informative. I know no more now than before my exam.. He rushed me in and out. And never gave opportunity for Q&A's..Avoid this place if you can..Drive the extra mile to get better service.

I have been getting my glasses and contacts here for YEARS and I've never had a problem. The Doctor is caring and considerate. The staff is attentive. What more could you ask for?

Wore reading glasses 3 times and lens fell out??? NOT impressed!!! My WalMart glasses are 5 years old and wear them every day. Go Wally World. $200 for Optical Outlets glasses and $9.95 for WalMart OTC glasses.
