I have been trying to get wood pellets from this company for just over 5 months now, with no success. Well over 20 calls and even more emails and I am no closer to getting a delivery than I was in April when I started this quest. Every call, every email results in the same run around regarding what must be a mythical person who is the only one who can be contacted to get a delivery scheduled. Christi has been trying to find him for nearly two weeks now, and no luck. One must wonder how this man gets all his other deliveries if he cannot be located for almost 2 weeks. Surely someone must have noticed the pellets piling up and not being shipped, or perhaps they might have left a note near where he picks up his shipments, letting him know there are other shipments waiting.

I burned Maeder pellets for two years they were an excellent quality at that time. This year at the beginning of fall I bought 4 ton which is normally enough to last all winter with some left over. I am currently almost out and it's just the beginning of Jan. The pellets are not the same quality that they were. They crumble easily, are a lighter color and are not the shiny hard long cylinder they were. I have also used twice as many as I have in previous years. I called Maeder and was told Mr. Maeder would call me back about the poor quality still waiting. I am searching for another company at this time to buy from.
