When I was working there it was one of the most drama filled work places I ever been in but that was that store in Weirton not necessarily all the stores are like that but I can't rightfully say. Corporate wasn't much better either their decisions seemed to not make sense half the time for a retail company and seemed to forget the mission of the company all the time more concerned with making profit.

One day someone from corporate came in and wanted us to price a table that was badly worn at 200 dollars which is very over priced for it's condition and size and went around pricing things raising their price around 25% or more, most customers aren't rich in these type of stores they can't afford that.

Store management wasn't always terrible there till some left and another was fired than new management came in and was pretty cruel and acting catty, that's when favoritism really went into effect and the experience went down hill from there.

A lot of policy didn't make sense and it seemed their main concern was making and raking in money for the corporate employees with their new installment of a Outlet store which sells literally junk that can't be used half the time by the pound, just the stuff they would never put out in their main stores. Their not a charity their profit organization that is pulling a NFL styled tax break don't be fooled. If you want to work for a charity go to a actual charity that charge people for used and slightly stained clothes.
