I had the extreme misfortune to have to go the DMV simply to change my state license. Sound simple enough? Well, when I got to the front, this horrible hag named Cindi, who obviously hates her job was so rude to me, it bordered on hostile. She actually threw a bill at me. By the time I was finished, and didn't get what I came for btw, I was literally in tears. I reported her but don't know what happened or what they did about it. She should have been fired.
