We were working with Crockin Law when the first phase of our ART agreement was put in place with our gestational carrier who became pregnant with my husband's and my biological twins. The first part of the agreement was done very well, however, Ms. Crockin moved her practice and Amy Altman was one of the attorneys who continued her practice of ART law. We reached the second phase of our agreement and we were put in contact with Amy Altman. In her email correspondences she was not compassionate at all with the sensitivity of the situation. She was even sarcastic in response to some extremely serious questions about whether or not my husband and I would be considered the legal parents once our babies were born. We would NOT recommend any of Amy Altman's services if you are considering using assistive reproduction in order to have children. Best of the luck with the process but do NOT contact Amy Altman if you would like to collaborate with a professional attorney who is sensitive to the emotions involved in ART. We were so dissatisfied with her services that we would give her 0 stars as a rating if that were possible!
