Wellesley High School is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. It serves more than 1,200 students in grades 9 through 12. The school offers various advanced placement, honors and college preparatory courses in English, math, science, social studies, and classical and modern languages. In addition, Wellesley High School supports a variety of extracurricular programs in art, family and consumer science, technology integration, performing arts, and health and fitness education. It conducts foreign language programs in French, German and Spanish. The school operates several student organizations, including a student council and Asian and key clubs. Located in Wellesley, Mass., Wellesley High School also supports various sports activities, such as football, soccer, golf, swimming, hockey, basketball, baseball, and track and field.
