I think it's funny that you don't know the difference between pizza hut and china hut. i think it is very strange that you have not only had one but apparently numerous bad experiences with this pizza hut because i have lived in Wellington since Oct. last year and i order pizza hut for the kids usually once a week. i have never had a bad experience. The pizza is always ready within fifteen minutes of my call. When I get to to the store to pick up my pizza the employees are always friendly, curteous and professional.



Now, as for China Hut... I found a new and much much better chinese restaurant/take out place called China Tokyo. The reason I found this better place to order my chinese food is because my husband wanted vegetables in his sweet and sour chicken. He offered to pay extra for this request. The owners told him no. If there was remotely a good reason, a reasonable reason for them to refuse my husband vegetables for an extra charge, I would not be writing a review. So I told the owners this was the last time we would order from them and I looked for a new place. I highly reccoment China Tokyo even if the drive is longer for you. The food is much better and the service is aimed to please.

Love it the food is wonderful

Every time I place an order, I always end up waiting forever even to pick it up which I usually do. I will wait at least 10 minutes before I call to leave cause it takes another 10 minutes to get there. By that time the pizza should be done. When I arrive, I am the only one in there. Pizza isn't done. I end up waiting another 30+ minutes just to get the pizza and its greasy as can be. They don't offer any compensation cause how long I wait. They are not understaffed. There are usually 4-5 workers in there. So I don't know why this particular pizza hut is extremely slow and sloppy. I registered here just to make this bad review.

The chicken wings are the best we've ever had. The lo mein is really good, and they are really fast. We've never been disappointed, never had an incorrect order, never been kept waiting.
